Issue with Adobe Reader X
 Some customers have reported a potential conflict with the latest version of Adobe Reader. This occurs when a pdf is opened using Adobe Reader X on a computer that is already being monitored by Securus.
This causes a memory error message to be displayed. While the message can be cancelled by clicking OK, if you experience this problem, contact the helpdesk for an updated Securus client.

Gok Wan on cyberbullying
Fashion consultant Gok Wan recently visited St Paul’s Catholic College in Sunbury to talk to pupils about cyberbullying - as part of a television series on bullying to be shown this summer.
The Surrey school is recognised for its excellent record in preventing cyberbullying and the college considers the computer monitoring provided by Securus to be an essential element of that success.
