This is a great time of year for making new plans. If you are looking for ideas on how to enhance your e-safety this year, why not update your AUP, sign up for a 360 degree
e-safety audit or take part in Safer Internet Day on 8 February.
Our customer service team are also putting some new plans into action. During 2011, we will be contacting all of our customers to see how we can help you improve the way you use Securus. We look forward to speaking to you and hearing your feedback.

Improving our customer service
 Starting in February, we will be calling each of our customers at least once a year to check that your Securus system is running well.
We have also increased the size of our support team to deal with your enquiries more quickly.

Library changes
 New words and phrases are being added to the default Securus libraries.
The version 6 update will be available to download from the customer support site from 11 February. The library update for Securus NG will form part of a wider update to be released at a future date.
If you've created your own custom library containing additional words and phrases, you might want to review them occasionally to check they are still required.
